Delete your account

No hard feelings. Here's how.

How to ask

1. Email contact@supame.app from the email address you use to sign in to Supame.
2. Use the subject "Delete my account".
3. We'll reply to confirm, then delete everything below.

If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, write from any address and tell us roughly when you signed up and that you used Sign in with Apple, so we can find your account.

An option to delete your account inside the app is on the way.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Everything you've logged: meals, chat messages, corrections and history.
• Your food photos.
• Your goals and the details behind them (goal, age, sex, height, weight, activity and pace).

How long it takes

Your account, food logs, photos and goals are deleted within 30 days of your request. Request logs that may contain what you typed expire on their own within 30 days. Content-free usage metrics may be kept up to a year. Database backups expire on their own within 30 days.
